Accessibility
What we commit to, what we've done, and how to tell us when we've missed.
Our commitment
We aim for dromos.ai to meetWCAG 2.2 Level AA. That standard is part of how we operate: written down, auditable, applied. We treat accessibility gaps the same way we treat any other bug: open, owned, fixed.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML throughout: every section has a heading, every interactive element is an anchor or button.
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on each page.
- Color and type chosen for AA contrast on every text/background pair we ship.
prefers-reduced-motionis honored: animation, pulsing indicators, and smooth-scroll are switched off when the OS-level setting requests it.- Focus states are visible, not removed.
- Images carry meaningful alt text (or are marked decorative when they aren't).
- No content depends on color alone to convey meaning.
- The site is fully keyboard-navigable.
- Pages reflow at common mobile widths without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
We're a small team and we're not perfect. Known gaps right now:
- We haven't yet run a formal third-party WCAG audit. Self-tested by our team using axe, keyboard navigation, and VoiceOver.
If you find an accessibility issue, we want to know.
How to report an issue
Emailaccessibility@dromos.aiwith the URL, what you tried to do, what happened, and the assistive technology you were using if relevant. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to fix or scope a fix within thirty.
If a fix isn't possible immediately, we'll explain why and tell you our plan.
Standards we measure against
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA
- U.S. Section 508 (compatible with WCAG 2.0 AA)
- European Accessibility Act (in force June 2025)
