A · A discrete build

A thing you need shipped.

Pipeline, integration, internal tool, migration. You know what it is; you need senior hands and faster velocity. Two- to six-week scopes.

B · A team under load

Your team is drowning.

The work is mostly toil — patching, tickets, warehouse hygiene, on-call reps. We'll put an agent employee on it and keep a human in the review loop.
